We provide a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that Xiaomujiayou is unable to process or authorize any return or refund requests once this 30-day window has closed.
2. Conditions for a Successful Return
To ensure your return is accepted, all items must meet our quality and hygiene standards:

Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must remain fully intact.

For hygiene reasons, items must be entirely free from makeup stains, pet hair, or distinct odors (such as perfume, cologne, or smoke).

A valid proof of purchase (such as your original order confirmation email) is required to process the request.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Important Note: All authorized returns must be shipped to our central facility in China. Please do not send items back to the sender's address listed on your shipping package or any other address without receiving prior authorization from us. Unauthorized packages will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
4. Shipping Fees & Return Costs
At Xiaomujiayou, we believe in clear communication regarding costs:

Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Errors: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. In these cases, return shipping is 100% free.

Personal Preference / Change of Mind: If the item does not fit, you ordered the wrong size, or you simply changed your mind, the buyer is responsible for the actual international return shipping costs to our facility in China.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees or processing administrative fees for returned items.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@xiaomujiayou.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refund Processing Time

Inspection: Once your return package is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receipt.

Payment Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Banking Delays: Please note that depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the refund to officially reflect on your bank statement.
